SSB Hose offers a wide range of PFA, PTFE and FEP Teflon expansion joints. These joints are typically used in very corrosive applications where metallic joints and rubber joints are not compatible with the media. Teflon joints are available in one convolute through 10 convolute configurations. All Teflon joints are designed with flange configurations and are dimensionally tapped to ANSI 125/150# standards. Flanges are made of ductile iron, coated with a rust inhibitive primer to prevent external corrosion. All of these joints are equipped with factory set limit rods to prevent over-extension during operation.
